Shipping and Returns

We use world renowned logistics companies like DHL/FEDEX/UPS/ TNT / Aramex / EMS for shipment and delivery of the goods to worldwide countries.  Tracking number will be provided for each shipment package, so that buyers can track their package online. All shipment package are subject to manual inspection by our quality control and independent agencies and test certificate and invoice will be provided with each shipment. Currently , we are offering Free shipping worldwide for a limited period of time.

Please note that, the delivery of the goods will be in 2 weeks due to limited working hours of Logistics service and it may vary in different country due to lockdown rules in different countries.

Returns and refund: 

If buyers dont receive the shipment package within 10 days of receipt of shipment tracking number, they have to immediately inform us through text message or mail , to track the package location. If the package is lost or damaged during transit, buyer should inform us within 14 days to get full refund. If the goods are not upto the buyers expectation, or malfunctioning or Damaged , if has to be returned to us,within 14 days with all shipment charges at our cost and get new package or full refund.
